The DiVA D210E is a dual-channel synchronous pulse source measurement unit from Accent Optical Technologies. It is capable of providing pulse widths down to 1µs and has a dc measurement capability. The D210E can output voltages from the drain or collector channel in the range of -10V to +10V with a maximum current of 500mA. It also provides negative current and voltage drive at the gate or base port, allowing for the characterization of NPN, PNP, N-channel, and P-channel devices. The D210E features a high-speed pulsed I(V) measurement, stable measurement environment, short transient measurement, and supports FETs, HEMTs, NPN and PNP bipolar/HBT and diodes. It has an intuitive Windows® interface, is compact, and offers high throughput. It can be controlled from 3rd party programs and supports common data formats. Additionally, it has an I(V) parameter fitting for HEMT and FET models.
