The IMS Vanguard, our flagship engineering validation test product introduced by IMS in 1999, can send and receive data from ICs under test at up to 1 Gbs and accounted for the majority of our logic family sales in 2002 and 2003. The logic engineering validation test system family includes the Vanguard 500, 330 and 550.
