Olympus MX50L microscope is configured for reflected and transmitted illumination. It provides reflected light brightfield, darkfield, and DIC and transmitted brightfield illumination. The super widefield trinocular head tilts from 5 - 35 degrees and provides an erect image and is paired with super widefield focusing eyepieces which have a 26.5mm field of view. The reflected light illuminator is powered by the 100 watt lamphouse and has brightfield and darkfield settings. For DIC this microscope has the AX-PO polarizer, U-AN360 analyzer, and U-DICR prism. The 6 position motorized nosepiece can be controlled by the objective changer on the frame of the microscope, or with the external U-HS hand controller. The large XY stage can be used with the XY stage stalk, or the quick stage grip with built-in clutch. This 8" x 6" is capable of holding wafers up to 200mm. The microscope comes equipped with UMPlanFL BD 5x, UMPlanFL BD 10x, and LMPlanFL 20x BD, 50x BD, and 100x BD objective lenses.
