The POWATEC Wafer Mounter Model P-200 is a machine designed for applying films to wafers and substrates. It can handle wafers and frames up to 8 inches in size and can process a variety of materials. The machine is easy to convert to handle different wafer, frame, and foil types, and has a UPH of up to 80 mounted wafers per hour. Optional extras include a film frame conversion kit, an automatic unit for winding up cover tape, a Protection Tape Winder, active protection against static charges, and a table with storage space suitable for clean rooms.
