Thanks to the unique double indexer technology, 24-hour continuous operation with a throughput of up to 15,000 chips/hour can be guaranteed. In addition, the innovative and ergonomic design of the pull-out indexer allows easy access and therefore efficiency during maintenance work and when changing the output coil. Corresponding to all die sorting systems available from Mühlbauer, the optical quality control of 100% of the dies is also included as standard with the DS 15000.文件
