Tencor P-12 is a fast, ultra-quiet surface profiling system for magnetic and optical disks, providing accurate measurements with excellent repeatability. Its MicroHead II low-force measurement head can measure finely textured disks at sub-angstrom resolution while preserving the disk’s surface condition.
