CHA E-Beam Vacuum Deposition / Evaporation System – Temescal CV-14, Cryo Pump, Oxford M600, Maxtek MDC-330 – Working Description Complete industrial/research electron-beam vacuum deposition system available from our facility in Washington State. System was used for thin-film/optical coating work and is currently reported to be in working condition. Equipment is installed and available for inspection prior to removal. Buyer is welcome to arrange an on-site inspection and functional demonstration by appointment.
