Programmable X-Y Stage- Motorized movement and up to nine user-programmable stage positions for high productivity. High Resolution-Routinely measures below 200 A. Vertical resolution 5 A. Horizontal resolution 400 A. Automatic Operation-One-button control. Clear, menu-driven operator instruction. Real-Time Analysis-Computer calculation and continual display for delta average, average height,peak-to-valley distance, average roughness and area. Easy Viewing-Video micro-scope zooms from 40X to 120X. Optional 90X to 270X High Power and 12X to 36X LowPower magnifications also available. Multiple Outputs-High-contrast green CRT display plus integral thermal printer. Also, RS232C Serial Data Output. Compact and Rugged-Everything in one small cabinet.
